Use of images for profit is subject to a 25 percent royalty fee and written approval by photographer. Unauthorized usage will be billed 3 times the normal rate charged and/or prosecuted for copyright infringement in U.S. Federal Court to the fullest extent of the U.S. Copyright Law. In the event of Infringement violation, violator(s) will also be subject to a fine of U.S. $100,000 statutory damages as well as court costs and attorneys fees by photographer Jason Nielsen for such usage.
